Arbolus had already achieved success in disrupting the $2b expert network industry but faced a challenge with how to scale their proposition beyond standard call-based insights gathering.
Through insights and data gathered from direct client feedback and platform usage, I conceptualised an automated insights gathering and analysis tool which would enable companies to create surveys, get video responses from top experts, transcribe the responses and analyse insights faster.
We called it ArbolusCanopy, and it would go through four further iterations to become an industry-redefining tool which produced primary research insights 4x faster than traditional method.
