My usual process
Define it
I'll work with you and your team to lay the foundations of what we're building. This may include research, architecture, customer journeys, look and feel, and a product roadmap.
Design it
I'll craft the UX/UI – whether it's a native app, web app, or website from initial concepts to polished layouts with a design system. I use Figma, Framer, Zeplin and ZeroHeight.
Develop it
I'll create PRDs covering user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, error states and more to provide engineers with clear specs to build against – all packaged up with designs.
Deliver it
I'll work with product and engineering teams to deliver the work, refine backlogs, tackle any compromises and quality control the final outputs so form and function are both cared for.
About Me
I'm not a generalist. I'm a multi-specialist.
I've held senior positions in UX, Design and Product Management. Always hands-on, leading by example and forever pursuing the optimal balance of form and function.
I've been doing it 15+ years - working with startups, scale-ups and iconic brands.
I've helped startups raise over $50mil and digitally transformed businesses worth billions.
They all share the same recipe: Exceptional user experience, well crafted interfaces and clear collaboration and execution against a robust plan.
