Designing the apps for an AI-powered sports business.
I collaborated with the founders and a team of AI specialist to reimagine sports scouting in the digital age. Together we crafted three interconnected mobile apps and two web-based platforms which have gone on to win multiple awards and contracts with major sports organisations.

AiScout (now ai.io) pioneered the use of AI-powered biomechanics analysis and performance testing to revolutionise how clubs and sports organisations scouted the next generation of talent.
Our deep knowledge of user experience and working with complex requirements was critical in helping them realise the vision of an app-based experience for scouts, players, clubs and sports organisations.
The primary challenge was creating a rich, engaging user experience for young sporting talent which incorporated complex video-based testing and analysis to be used by scouts and clubs.
The idea was to create an ecosystem of apps, dashboards and an AI engine which used computer vision to analyse performance metrics from video recorded tasks and trials.
Complex was an understatement.
